Some people do not have the time or the means to attend a Hypnotherapist,  which is undoubtedly the most effective way to receive Hypnotherapy. However, finding a peaceful setting where you will be undisturbed for a while and listening to specially recorded hypnotic therapy sessions regularly, over a period of days, or weeks, can be very beneficial in solving many common problems or making powerful changes. This is an excellent medium for Hypnotic Suggestion Therapy which you can do yourself in your own home, in your own time.

All of the Tapes and CDs contain a hypnotic induction, helping you to relax deeply. Then, while you are relaxed, you are given positive ideas, thoughts and options for overcoming your problem. Later, these suggestions will work behind the scenes during your normal day causing you to no longer have the habit, or behaviour, or whatever problem it was that you were addressing.

Then, if you like, you can continue to use the recordings as a relaxation aid, or to reinforce your new habits. At the end of each taped session there is always a section bringing you back out of relaxation and into full awareness. While relaxed, you are not asleep and will always be aware of any alarming light, sounds, sensations or smells and you are perfectly safe. As always in hypnosis, should you decide to do so at any stage, you can come out of your relaxed state to full awareness in an instant.
